Cincinnati

Windy day in Cincinnati

Did everyone have a good weekend?
We had really fun lunch yesterday in the mall with a lot of people buying food at the same time.
It took like twenty minutes to stay on the line just to bought one food, Kebab, Kabedo Kebab!
It was my second time eating this traditional food from the middle east, I like it so much but I think my sister love it so much.

I remember my family and I had a road trip to Cincinnati last spring.
I looked up all my old pictures on the phone, then I found a bunch of images when I was in The Queen City.
We just spent three days two nights to look around the city and slept over in my family favorite hotel.
My face doesn't look that fresh because I took those pictures after five hours on the road from North Royalton to that city.
The river behind me called Ohio river, so this picture was taking in Kentucky state to see the whole city from distance.
My outfits also can be worn for today season, that green shawl keeps me warm and those boots are so comfortable to wear.

Washington DC

Sunny day in
South Kensington

It's been awhile I did not post anything on my blog.
I was busy with working and preparing the college for spring semester, in one of the CC around my area.
I have plan to take my General Education classes in that college then transfer it to four years university to earn my Bachelor degree.
I don't make any decision yet for which university or state I will stay next after Maryland (Washington DC) after at least two years live here, and I still in love with this place very much.
For major, I choose International Business!!

Maybe some of you guys are taking or planning to take the same major, I think the classes that we are going to take are fun for this kind of degree.

Flowers in this small park in the middle of the area have some bright colors.
Yellow and red for the first and second circles also in the center of it have a few different kind of flowers with darker colors.

Anyways....
What are y'all's plans for the weekend?!
My family and I have a family shopping planned at some malls in DC on Sunday.
It just a few days before Black Friday, even though some brands and shopping places are already put up their hot sale and great discount on the wall for holiday season.
A ton of people will start to buy many things, such as clothes, boots, bags, furniture, appliances, jewelry, accessories, and others from this Sunday until next week.
About those pictures!
Last Wednesday, my dad took us to somewhere in Montgomery county.
He said he saw a huge building behind the woods when he on his way to work from home.
Few gold pillars on the top of it make people who see it wonder what that is.
When we got there, we learn that it is a huge nice temple, also a small park around it and a small church next to it.
This area is not for a picnic or something like that, but it's more like a great place to taking pictures and short walking to kill sometimes.
I was wearing a cozy gray sweater with Turkish traditional pattern on it and black legging also black wedges boots.
I'm not a legging girl, but that day was warmer and I already wore a sweater for the top, I might wear jeans if it was colder.

You guys have a great weekend!

Washington DC - USNA

US National Arboretum

There is an arboretum in Washington DC the operated by US Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Research Service.
When the first time I came here I feel like wow to see this National Capital Columns with those beautiful flowers around it.
At the time, I didn't really explore this place from every corner because I was enjoying the weather and sitting there for awhile.
So many people were coming to this place most of them bring their kids to play and walk around.
No wonder this place gets 4.4 stars on google, I saw people having a really good time here.
They were playing, laughing, running, and some kids were dancing and fighting as well.

This first picture is my favorite one.
I love the background, the columns, and the flowers!
Those all are such a great combination made by man and God.

Just be honest it was a cold day and I wore the wrong clothes!
It would be more comfortable if I wear a sweater and shawl instead of a short t-shirt or at least a long shirt it should be fine too.
I didn't know my family changes our plan to visit a pumpkin farm and choose to visit this nice arboretum.
I wore those boots because it looks like farm color, also a pair of blue jeans that help my feet look a little bit bigger.
I wore black tank-top under my gray t-shirt and brought my black sunglasses because the sun was shining.
This area is huge, besides this place I stopped by in some parks.
Mostly in every spot has plenty big trees with red or orange colors around it.
I can see why everybody loves fall and now I do too because colors from the leaves show how wonderful the world is.
Autumn is like a second spring of the year, but the difference is leaves color in spring brighter than fall season such as pink, white, bright red, yellow, and other.

I wore a different shirt when I was in the park.
I got the shirt from PINK, moreover, this one is more comfortable and keep me warmer.
This shirt is so simple but I like those sparkles on both my arms to make it look fancy.

Have a great weekend!!

Washington DC

Ridge Road Recreational Park

I love everything about autumn.
One of the reason is that this year is my second time experiencing fall season in the United State and so far the weather brings a huge peaceful in my life.
Autumn is my favorite season of the year!
I like to take a ton of pictures with colorful trees as a part of the background.
The weather goes from hot to slightly less hot and the leaves go straight from green to brown, yellow, red, and gold.
Every morning I go outside of the house, I always greeted by a shining sun, falling leaves, and blowing wind.

Colors from the leaves make all the pictures look even perfect.
The cold wind blows my hair softly even though the sun is shining.

Parks are the right place to get any good shots for every pose, especially when the sun goes up because the light makes the pictures look brighter.
Last year when I was in Ohio during fall season the weather was much colder than here, I started to wearing sweater since October.
Nevertheless, this year in Maryland I still feel warmer until today.

This Friday I visited one of the parks close to my house called Ridge Road Recreational Park which is in Germantown, Maryland.
The time when I came, this park was really calm and just a few people were there to play tennis.
Beside tennis court, Ridge Road Recreational Park also has basketball court, volleyball court, soccer/football field, baseball and softball field, dog park, in-line hockey rink, and picnic shelter.
It was not cold but windy.
In the fall season, nights come faster and daylights become shorter.

The leaves are changing and the weather has become colder and cozier.
Absolutely all people love to wear boots and warmer outfit when walking out of the door.
I wore black long sleeve shirt (size s) and short black skirt with white leaves on it.
To go along with it, I carried white bag and wore long black boots to match my outfit also black sunglasses.
My boots aren't really high but it is enough to make me look taller and because of the black color, my feet look smaller and longer.

Washington DC

GEORGETOWN WATERFRONT PARK

Last Saturday, my family and I went to Georgetown Waterfront Park.
To get there we have to drive around 45 minutes from our house or sometimes more when the traffic is really bad.
Georgetown Waterfront Park is a national park and one of the most romantic places in the city.
The views are Amazing!
We can take many pictures with different backgrounds on every corner in this park.
It features beautiful views of the Potomac River and ample paths for walkers, cyclists, and skaters.

The river views were amazing, and we enjoyed watching some different kinds of water transportations and some airplanes.
We saw tour boats, power boats, canals, and kayaks.

Also, this park has broad paths and a big open space that makes a perfect place to ride scooters or bikes.

On that day, I wore dark red long sleeve shirt (size: s) with white pants, also red high heel ankle boots to match my shirt.
I really love to look taller and these boots give me a few cm higher than my actual size.
To go along with my hair, I have my favorite black bag with me.
This outfit looks so simple on me, but they are very comfortable because the weather was much warmer.

That day was not over yet, we also had lunch together in Pentagon city.
We went to an Asian restaurant, and the place looks great, clean, and the employees were so nice.
Every time we go to Asian restaurants, I always order sushi!

This area has so many places to eat and has an outdoor ice skating.

This little vacation really made my day!
I would definitely come back to those places in the future.

Halloween 2016 with Steampunk fantasy costume

STEAMPUNK FANTASY COSTUME

Tonight was so great!
We didn't really do tricks or treats thing but my family and I love to dress up for Halloween day.
It has been a tough choice for me to choose what costume that might  look good on me for this year.
Steampunk fantasy and Miss Robin hood costumes were my sister idea.
I got my costume from Spirit Halloween store in Frederick, and she got hers in Party City store in Gaithersburg.
I wore black stocking because it was so cold here.
My mom bought those cute green bags like a few weeks ago.
The color is very mainstream, but I totally love the cat and owl picture on it.
I didn't put much makeup on my face, I just made my face darker to match with this costume.

Happy Halloween!!

Gaithersburg

RIO WASHINGTONIAN CENTER

Last weekend my family and I had lunch together.
We choose this place because it's just 10 minutes away from our house. Really nice place to go shopping and eat.
A variety of shop and restaurant/bar, lake with a rental pedal boat.
